Blanco​

  • Agave Type: Agave Tequilana Weber Azul

  • Agave region: Jalisco Los Altos El Valle (Valley)

  • Region: Jalisco (Los Valles)

  • Cooking: Autoclave (low pressure, extended time)

  • Extraction: Roller Mill

  • Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks 100% agave (extended time) 

  • Distillation: 2x distilled

  • Still: Stainless Pot w/copper coils

  • ABV/Proof: 40% abv (80-proof)

Reposado​

  • Agave Type: Agave Tequilana Weber Azul

  • Agave region: Jalisco Los Altos El Valle (Valley)

  • Region: Jalisco (Los Valles)

  • Cooking: Autoclave (low pressure, extended time)

  • Extraction: Roller Mill

  • Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks 100% agave (extended time) 

  • Distillation: 2x distilled

  • Still: Stainless Pot w/copper coils

  • Aged: 3 months in barrels used American oak Kentucky bourbon
